Kyle Mendez serves as the Youth Pastor at Lake Junaluska First Baptist Church. He felt God’s calling into ministry from an early age and has been a part of the LJFBC staff since the spring of 2019. 

 

Kyle believes that his responsibility and mandate is to faithfully present and expound upon the Word of God with the youth, seeking to explain and apply the Biblical texts to the middle and high schoolers in the church, while praying for their spiritual maturation. 

 

Kyle is a native of Haywood County. 

He is a graduate of Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary. He and his wife, AnnaLee, live in Canton and have two sons, Parker and Cole.
